If you don’t receive your package within 7 business days (14 days in Canada, 21 internationally), please reply to the email that confirmed your purchase or send us a note by using the “contact” button on this site.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. Books, patterns, needles and yarn, not in its original condition, are not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable.
If we find we can ship more economically, we will adjust shipping fees and charge you appropriately.
