Continental knitting is a popular and efficient way to knit. Positioning the yarn in the left hand and “picking” it with the needle, allows for a knitter to work quicker, more ergonomically and carry a yarn in each hand when knitting colorwork. Learn how to knit and purl with the yarn in your LEFT hand!
